To beer or not to beer!

I’m going out tonight, tomorrow, Sunday and on Monday. Now I’m supposed to be off the booze, but on each of these outings beer will be available. What should I do, I don’t want to drink but am weak. Saturday and Monday will be fine because I will have my car, but tonight and Sunday could go so badly wrong.

  1. Why not just drink as you actually enjoy the beer
    and look at it this way, beer contains alcohol and other stuff
    alcohol can be used as fuel, some of the oter stuff breaks down into sugars or are sugars which is more fuel.
    so fuel + fuel can only be good and give you lots of energy :)

    Alternativly you could just not over do it so you’re not hung over and able to keep training

    but if you honestly dont want to drink, just dont, a night on cokes quite cheap as theres no point in downing 10 pints of the stuff unless you plan on finding out how high you can get on it, and maybe not sleeping, which’ll screw up your training as much as drinking would anyway
