London Marathon entry forms can now be picked up from all good sports shops, I’ve just got mine and will be posting it off tomorrow.

A man in a Ford Focus crashed into the back of me last night, thats nice ain’t it.

In preparation for going snowboarding in the winter, myself and my mate Phil have just been to Halifax and Castleford. It has to be said the Halifax was crap and Castleford was great. I am therefore booked on a three hour lesson next Sunday night. Bring it on.
